These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the MateOps platform and its apps, provided by EasyCollect Pty Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”). By creating an account or using MateOps, you agree to these Terms.
MateOps is a platform of business web apps. Some apps are provided by us; others are provided by third parties and are made available to you subject to their own terms. We may add, change or remove features over time.
You must provide accurate information and keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account and for your organisation’s users.
You must not misuse the platform, including by attempting to gain unauthorised access, interfering with its operation, uploading unlawful or infringing content, or using it in breach of any applicable law.
Where a plan or app carries a fee, you agree to pay the fees applicable to your subscription. Fees are payable in advance unless stated otherwise, and are non-refundable except as required by law.
You retain ownership of the data and content you submit. You grant us the rights necessary to host and process it to provide the service. Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.
We and our licensors own the platform and all related intellectual property. These Terms do not grant you any rights in it other than the limited right to use it as permitted.
We aim to keep MateOps available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance and may suspend access where necessary to protect the platform.
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, our liability arising out of or in connection with the service is limited, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or where required by law. On termination, your right to use the service ends.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia and the state or territory in which EasyCollect Pty Ltd is registered, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be available at this page, with the effective date shown above.
